RECIPE: Energy Booster Smoothie

Feeling like you need a boost in the morning? Coffee does not even compare to how good this smoothie will make you feel. Getting your vitamins and minerals from your dark leafy greens and your energy boosting healthy sugars from the bananas, dates and strawberries. It gets your brain working and makes you feel like superman! (or superwoman!)

  • Handful of Kale, Swiss chard and spinach
  • 3 bananas
  • 8 regular Medjool dates
